About
Rav | @MrDecentralize
Business Information Security & Innovation Officer
I spent 20+ years inside trillion-dollar banking systems, securing the infrastructure that most people never see and few are allowed to talk about.
The work taught me one thing consistently: trust models that look solid in design review break in predictable ways when you add regulators, auditors, and adversaries with time on their hands. The breaks are not random. They follow patterns. I map those patterns.
MrDecentralize is where I document what actually fails at institutional scale in AI agent deployments and blockchain systems, and what controls survive when the threat model stops being theoretical.
I write for the people building and evaluating these systems in regulated environments: CISOs, security architects, CTOs, and risk officers who need clarity without vendor spin.
